Mgr. Anna Adámková

Anna Adámková holds a single-subject degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts, Palacký University in Olomouc. After completing her studies, she joined the psychiatric hospital in Kosmonosy, where she conducted diagnostic assessments. At the same time, she worked in a marriage counseling center. Subsequently, she provided psychological care for child patients and their families at the Children’s Hospital in Mladá Boleslav.  

For most of her professional practice, Anna Adámková worked in counseling services. First, she worked at an Educational and Psychological Counseling Center, later serving as its director. Subsequently, she moved to a Special Education Centre, where she focused on diagnostic assessments and therapeutic care for children with complex needs, including autism spectrum disorders. When needed, Anna Adámková supported clients in navigating traumatic events. In addition to diagnostic and therapeutic work, she was actively involved in lecturing. 

Anna Adámková completed psychotherapeutic training in psychodynamic and depth-oriented psychotherapy and training in hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques. 

At the Psychological Center, Anna Adámková works with clients who are going through traumatic experiences, anxiety, and demanding school-related and work-related situations. She also specializes in supporting clients with ADHD, both through individual work and by leading a thematic therapeutic group at the Psychological Center.
